MISSIONARY SUPPORT

Ministers and ministries supported through Indigenous Outreach International must have been involved in the ministry for a minimum of two years; be recommended by and subject to their local authorities; and have belief in agreement with the Apostle’s and Nicene Creed, and believe the Bible to be inspired of God without error in the original manuscripts.  Furthermore the ministers supported through IOI should preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ clearly as explained in scriptures such as I Corinthians 15:1-6 and be expecting the physical bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Currently IOI supports ministers in Ethiopia (average of $60 US per month), Brazil ($150 US per month) and Germany (amount varies).  This support is a free will offering to the missionary and 100% of money given for this purpose is given to the missionary.  IOI does not “employ” missionaries, rather we support ministers who are associated with churches that have register with local governments according to local laws and custom.

All missionaries supported by IOI are held accountable and shepherded by local authorities and leadership.  A variety of denominations are represented in both the donors and recipients, with the majority of the support coming from Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians and Non-Denominational churches/individuals.

Missionaries supported through IOI are expected to report quarterly and attend an annual personal interview.

Those interested in supporting an indigenous missionary should contact Stephen Kennedy at info@ioiusa.org
